Class Description

Thursdays, 6 weeks Instructor: John Howard Fall Session 1: September 14 - October 19 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM $115 M/$130 NM per session Learn an approach to oil painting and gain the skills to paint any subject matter with confidence. Expand your knowledge if you are a novice and acquire the basics if you are a beginner. Classroom and individual demonstrations will enhance the student’s awareness of the oil or watercolor medium. A list of supplies can be found on our SUPPLY LISTS page. Art classes meet once every week for a total of 6 weeks in a session. There is one week off between each session unless otherwise noted. Once you sign up, you will be on the class roster for the full 6 weeks. Upon registering for this class, payment is required to secure your spot. Payment can be done in person or over the phone. *Classes are priced as McCord Member / Non-Member

Refund and Makeup Policy

Refunds will be given before a session starts. Once the first class of a session has begun, there will be no refunds for that session.

​

A make-up class will be arranged if an instructor cancels a class. If a student misses a class, there are no refunds for that class. A make-up class can be arranged during that same session by the instructor if space is available in another class. Make-up classes will not be rolled over into a new session.
